The instructors follow a weekly program that consists of basic spins, climbing and combos that allow to gain power and flexibility. You start with the basic level (Pole I) to gain strength, gain confidence with the pole and learn the basics before gradually moving to the upper levels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In this level you will learn the basic steps of this discipline and then they will be mixed with dance movements building mini routines. This level already requires some muscle strength and flexibility. We will also work on more complex poses and transitions (<strong>Allegra<\/strong>, Diva Dive,\u00a0<strong>Yogini<\/strong>\u00a0etc...).
