AERIAL HOOPS
The air hoop is a Circus modality that is part of the Air Disciplines group. These artistic-sports disciplines are the combination between, dance, theatre, gymnastics and acrobatics.
The Hoop is a rigid body, therefore, unlike fabrics or trapeze, the element does not adapt to you, but you adapt to it; in its manipulation strength, flexibility and balance are required (all this will work in the classes).
Contrary to what people imagine, the practice of the aerial hoop is suitable for everyone. In addition to having multiple benefits, is the perfect combination between physical effort and artistic aspects, therefore, in the classes not only promotes physical work, also reinforces that students are acquiring the tools for body expression, encouraging the artistic part.

AERIAL SILKS
Not only can it be considered a dance but an activity that requires strength and flexibility. It can be in an upright or inverted position, although currently, new ways of assembling the fabric were developed: diagonally, marine fabric, tense fabric, etc.
There are different figures, for example: knot, foot wrench, waist wrench, secretary, controlled, simple and double unwind, scorpion, leg opening with two foot braces, square, bat, bow and arrow, and many more figures.
There are different types of exercises, which include moorings, hooks, shapes and pirouettes, which can be done individually or in groups, in one or more fabrics.

FLYING POLE
FLYING POLE is a very unique sport and a form of aerial artistic body expression. It is unique in that it combines the aptitude of Pole Dance with aerial skills to create an innovative and exciting performance technique.
Artists who use flying bars incorporate a variety of incredible turns, tricks and jumps, with slides, ascents and dances, all while suspended on a vertical dance bar hanging from the ceiling. Flying Pole is a bold, but safe and fun show to enjoy or participate in.
A practice that brings a new vitality and innovation to the Pole Dance style and to the different scenic and aerial arts.

SPORT AND FUN!
Children will develop their psychomotricity, elasticity, balance and strength while practicing this circus modality in a safe and healthy way. They will explore their creativity and increase physical exercise. They will also gain in confidence, health and socialization.
