POWER PILATES

Pilates, Yoga and HIIT (high intensity interval training) choreographed exercises are combined, seeking not only to increase the physical performance of the dancer but also the proportion adapted to the different choreographies of the exercises, which vary in intensity, rhythm and movements in each of the songs.

HYPOPRESSIVES

Hypopressive exercises consist of performing postures and movements that, combined with various hypopressive techniques, seek to reduce pressure in the thoracic, abdominal and pelvic cavities.

The abdominal girdle and pelvic floor muscles are designed to support the organs in the surrounding cavity. In everyday life there are constant increases in abdominal pressure: coughing, screaming, laughing, singing, carrying weights, having sexual relations, playing sports, etc. Due to these and other factors, such as inactivity, pregnancy or menopause, this abdominal band and perineal musculature may be affected and no longer perform their support functions correctly.

With hypopressive exercises we can restore this function by reprogramming the muscular response to situations of daily pressure increases. How? By means of an increase in muscle tone at rest, i.e. muscle contraction that is carried out involuntarily and sustained over time. Likewise, it is possible to improve the muscular response to specific pressure increases, as it increases the central support for activities that demand strength.

Training

POWER POLE

Cardio and toning class. Working on endurance and strengthening our body for our future acrobatics. Very fun class doing circuits on the bars and using dumbbells, elastics and other things to put our body to the limit!
