In this course we will teach you and help you to improve the flexibility of your legs, back, shoulders and... even your feet! Some exercises will be done on the floor, others with the help of the bar or also a partner.

Ready to stretch in all directions? Suitable for all levels.

POWER PILATES (próximamente)

Pilates, Yoga and HIIT (high intensity interval training) choreographed exercises are combined, seeking not only to increase the physical performance of the dancer but also the proportion adapted to the different choreographies of the exercises, which vary in intensity, rhythm and movements in each of the songs.

INDOOR FIT

Trabajo muscular, potenciando las cualidades físicas básicas, resistencia, fuerza, flexibilidad y velocidad.

Trabajando el equilibrio, potencia, coordinación. Es un trabajo cardiovascular tan intenso que quemas calorías durante 24 horas seguidas.

Atención en la tonificación especifica para trabajar en forma aislada los glúteos, abdomen y piernas.
