POLE DANCE
POLE DANCE – NIVEL I
Pole Dance classes are designed for all levels. 90 minutes of exercise mashed by a warm-up and stretching part. The instructors follow a weekly program that consists of basic spins, climbing and combos that allow to gain power and flexibility. You start with the basic level (Pole I) to gain strength, gain confidence with the pole and learn the basics before gradually moving to the upper levels.
In this level you will learn the basic steps of this discipline and then they will be mixed with dance movements building mini routines. The abdomen and arms will be the most requested muscle groups.
It usually takes about three months to move to the next level.
POLE DANCE – NIVEL II
This course is designed for students who have finished level 1 or who have practiced pole dance before.
At this level, the student will learn to invest with both legs (Crucifix and Layback) or even with one leg (outside hook and inside hook). Arms, back, abs and legs will be involved throughout the work.
It usually takes a few months to get to the next level.
POLE DANCE – NIVEL III
Things start to get a little more complicated, you start reversing from above..... This level already requires some muscle strength and flexibility. We will also work on more complex poses and transitions (Allegra, Diva Dive, Yogini etc...). The physical effort will be noticed much since it is a more intense training, as much the arms as in the legs and the work on the flexibility will be more intense.
Las alumnas deberán ser capaz de mantener un Shoulder Mount durante 5 segundos y tener las poses al menos dos segundos para pasar al nivel superior.
It usually takes a minimum of a few months to move to the pre-advanced level.
POLEKIDS
SPORT AND FUN!
Children develop their psychomotor skills, elasticity, balance and strength while making turns, climbs and figures around or on the bar. Children's Pole Sport is a perfect mix of gymnastics, dance and acrobatics. Clase: 60 minutos.
